Binding Legal Notice
This document constitutes an independent Promissory Note and Executive Acknowledgment, and forms an integral part of the Terms of Use, Booking, and Enforcement Agreement approved on the Rush Rooms platform.
The completion of any booking or rental through the Platform shall constitute an explicit, final, and irrevocable acceptance of all terms contained herein, and shall give rise to its financial, enforcement, and criminal effects in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
First: Verification via the National Unified Access (Nafath)
The Renter expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

All account registration and verification processes on the Rush Rooms platform are conducted exclusively through the National Unified Access (Nafath) system officially approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Verification through Nafath constitutes official identity verification, a legal acknowledgment of full legal capacity, and a legally binding acceptance of all obligations set forth in this Promissory Note.

Verification through Nafath, linking the account to the national identity, and completing the booking shall constitute conclusive and non-contestable evidence that this Promissory Note was personally issued by the Renter, and shall be deemed a valid and enforceable executive instrument before all competent judicial and enforcement authorities.
Second: General Acknowledgment
I, the Renter, hereby acknowledge, with full legal capacity and without coercion or duress, that:

I have fully reviewed this Promissory Note and fully understand all its legal and enforcement consequences.

I bear full and absolute responsibility for the rented Product from the moment of receipt until actual return.

I am fully bound by all booking conditions and the Terms of Use and Enforcement approved on the Platform.
Third: Delay
In the event of my failure to return the rented Product by the specified time for any reason whatsoever, I undertake to pay compensation equal to 200% of the daily rental value for each day of delay without any maximum limit. Such compensation shall continue to accrue until actual return or commencement of enforcement procedures, without the need for any notice, warning, or prior demand.
Fourth: Damage, Loss, or Theft
I acknowledge bearing absolute and full liability for any partial or total damage, loss, theft, or missing parts or accessories, and I undertake, without objection, to immediately pay:

The full market value of the Product

Compensation for loss of use and operational losses

All collection and legal follow-up costs
Fifth: Notification
I undertake to report any incident or damage within a period not exceeding 12 hours from its occurrence. Failure to report within this period shall constitute an explicit acknowledgment of full liability without restriction or condition.
Sixth: Failure to Return and Criminal Liability
I acknowledge that failure to return the Product, or delay in return exceeding 72 hours, constitutes a material breach authorizing the Platform to immediately enforce this Promissory Note, and may constitute a criminal offense subject to prosecution under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which may result in imprisonment.
Seventh: Promissory Note (Immediate Enforcement)
I expressly acknowledge and agree that this Promissory Note, together with Platform records, booking and payment data, and verification through Nafath, constitutes an enforceable executive instrument, and falls under “contracts and other instruments having the force of an executive instrument” as stipulated in Article (9) of the Saudi Enforcement Law.
Fast Rooms Real Estate Company shall have the right to proceed directly to the Enforcement Court and request compulsory enforcement without any prior notice or warning.
In the event that any Product is not returned within three (3) calendar days from the end date of the booking, a promissory note in the amount of SAR 10,000 (ten thousand Saudi Riyals) per rented Product shall be enforced. This Promissory Note shall remain valid and enforceable even if the Product is returned after the expiration of such period, without prejudice to the right to claim any additional rights or compensation.
Eighth: Executive Acceptance
Clicking the button “Complete Booking, Payment, and Product Receipt” shall constitute final acceptance of this Promissory Note, a full acknowledgment of liability, and explicit consent to immediate enforcement. All acceptance data shall be electronically recorded, including the date, time, verification method via Nafath, and contact address.
