RushRooms platform and application are owned and operated by Rush Rooms Real Estate Company. This Buyer Policy governs the relationship between the Buyer and RushRooms and outlines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all parties regarding purchases made through the Platform.
1. Acceptance of the Policy
Creating an account, completing a purchase, or using any purchasing services through RushRooms constitutes the Buyer's explicit and final acceptance of this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all other policies adopted by the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
RushRooms operates as an electronic intermediary platform connecting Buyers and Sellers and is not considered the owner, manufacturer, distributor, or seller of any products or services listed on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Platform's role is limited to providing the technical environment necessary to facilitate transactions, manage payments, provide related services, and assist in dispute resolution in accordance with applicable policies.
3. Buyer's Acceptance of Seller Terms
The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product or service description, specifications, images, and any conditions or requirements set by the Seller prior to completing the purchase.
Completion of a purchase constitutes the Buyer's explicit and final acceptance of all terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements established by the Seller.
4. Eligibility to Purchase
The Buyer must have the legal capacity required to enter into purchase transactions.
The Buyer further undertakes that all information and data provided to the Platform are accurate, complete, and up to date.
5. Identity Verification
RushRooms reserves the right at any time to request documents, records, or additional information to verify the Buyer's identity, payment methods, or any information related to a transaction.
The Platform may suspend the account or restrict access to certain services until the required verification process has been completed.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing all product or service details before completing a purchase.
The Buyer is also responsible for providing accurate delivery information, valid contact details, and being available to receive the product or service as agreed.
7. Transactions Outside the Platform
Rush Rooms Real Estate Company and RushRooms shall not be liable for any agreement, negotiation, payment, transfer, delivery, or transaction conducted outside the Platform or outside the payment methods approved by RushRooms.
If any part of a transaction is completed outside the Platform, such transaction shall be entirely at the parties' own risk and responsibility, and the Platform shall have no obligations, protections, guarantees, or liability relating to that transaction.
8. Pricing and Payments
The Buyer shall pay the full purchase amount together with any applicable fees, taxes, or additional charges disclosed before completing the transaction.
Completion of payment constitutes final acceptance of the price, specifications, and conditions relating to the product or service.
9. Holding of Funds and Transaction Protection
Upon completion of a purchase, the payment amount shall be temporarily held by RushRooms and shall not be immediately released to the Seller.
The funds shall be released to the Seller after the Buyer confirms receipt of the product or service and verifies that it matches the advertised description, or after the expiration of the objection period specified in this Policy without any complaint being submitted.
RushRooms reserves the right to extend the holding period if a dispute, complaint, suspected violation, or suspected fraud exists.
10. Receipt of Products and Services
The Buyer must inspect the product or service immediately upon receipt and verify that it matches the advertised description, specifications, and images.
If any material discrepancy, defect, or issue exists, the Buyer must submit a complaint through the Platform within five (5) business days from the date of receipt.
If no complaint is submitted within this period, the product or service shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer and the transaction shall be considered final and completed.
11. Images and Specifications
The Buyer acknowledges that product images, descriptions, specifications, and related information are provided by the Seller.
RushRooms does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of such information, and full responsibility for such information remains with the Seller.
12. Buyer Protection
RushRooms makes reasonable efforts to help reduce fraud, deception, and misrepresentation in transactions conducted through the Platform.
However, the Platform does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding the quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity of products or services with the Buyer's expectations.
13. Responsibility for Products and Services
The Seller bears sole legal, regulatory, and contractual responsibility for all products and services offered or sold through the Platform.
Rush Rooms Real Estate Company and RushRooms shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, or disputes arising from the use of any product or service.
14. Objections and Complaints
The Buyer may submit an objection or complaint within five (5) business days from the date of receiving the product or service.
The Buyer must provide all requested evidence and supporting documents within five (5) business days from the date such documents are requested by the Platform.
If the Buyer fails to provide the requested information within the specified period, RushRooms may close the complaint and issue a decision based on the information available.
15. Disputes
RushRooms will review disputes within an estimated period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the date all required documents and information have been received.
The Platform reserves the right to extend this period where additional investigation, legal review, or technical review is required.
16. Abuse of Complaint Procedures
The Buyer may not submit false, malicious, misleading, or fraudulent complaints.
If such conduct is established, RushRooms reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and seek compensation for any losses or damages resulting from such conduct.
17. Rent-to-Own Service
Transactions conducted through the Rent-to-Own service shall be governed by the separate Rent-to-Own Policy of RushRooms.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Rent-to-Own Policy, the Rent-to-Own Policy shall prevail.
18. Account Suspension or Termination
RushRooms reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Buyer's account at any time if the Buyer violates this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, or any applicable laws or regulations.
19. Limitation of Platform Liability
Rush Rooms Real Estate Company and RushRooms shall not be responsible for the quality, safety, legality, suitability, performance, or condition of products and services offered by Sellers.
The Platform shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of any product or service.
20. Record Retention
RushRooms reserves the right to retain all records, communications, documents, account information, and transaction data for compliance, verification, security, operational, and dispute resolution purposes.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and judicial authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
22. Amendments
Rush Rooms Real Estate Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amendments shall constitute acceptance of the updated version of this Policy.
23. Acknowledgment
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all applicable Platform policies, and further acknowledges full responsibility for all activities and transactions conducted through their account.
